- The manual part can use a steel plate pressed handle or a stainless steel cast handle. The handle is provided with a limit structure, and the limit is set at the opening and closing positions of the valve. When the valve is used on a key device, there is a lock hole on the limit block to lock the switch position to avoid misoperation. The handle is clearly marked on and off.
- The valve stem adopts A182F (1Cr13) for overall forging and modulation treatment, and the hardness reaches HB220～250. The valve stem is connected with the handle through a flat key or spline or square, which has strong versatility and is easy to disassemble and assemble. The valve stem is provided with an anti-blowout structure.
- The packing of the valve is braided, flexible graphite sealing ring or tetrafluoroene sealing ring, so that the valve stem can achieve reliable sealing under certain lubrication conditions.
- According to needs, the ball valve can be designed as an anti-static structure, and a conductive spring is set between the ball and the valve stem, between the valve stem and the valve body to avoid static ignition and igniting flammable substances and ensure the safety of the system.
- There are various forms of sealing pairs. Soft seal, hard seal, fire valve seat and other structures can be selected according to different working conditions; the form of floating ball below DN150, and the form of fixed ball below DN200.
- Auxiliary sealing structure can be set at the valve seat of the ball valve, and a grease injection valve can be installed at the valve seat and valve stem, which can be temporarily sealed in an emergency, and the valve stem can be lengthened according to needs to be suitable for buried places.
