Design Features:
- Inclined valve stem: The platform and the valve body are inclined at 105° to avoid interference between the actuator and the bottom of the tank.
- Platform: ISO5211 standard connection, the brake actuator can be installed directly.
- Arc-shaped flange: The arc-shaped welded flange and the valve body form a three-piece structure, which is convenient for installation and maintenance.
- Ball: When the ball is closed at 90°, the ball is connected with the arc flange to reduce material accumulation.
- The valve seat is made of MOC carbon fiber, which can be used in the medium range of 220 °C.
- The inner cavity of the valve is finished, and the material flow is smooth.
- The platform belt is adjusted, and the packing seal is adjusted.
